An additional Centre of Excellence session has been arranged for Friday evening, 6 pm-7.20pm Juniors, Seniors from 7.20 pm at WIS Cardiff

These sessions are open to all players of a good competitive standard. They are advanced sessions and not suitable for beginners.

The Association is happy to announce the apointment of Mrs.Niki Adams as General Manager from the 1st February 2008.

Niki is well known to many members and her increasing involvement in the Association is greatly welcomed.

The Sports Council for Wales has agreed to build a dedicated dojo at the Welsh Institute of Sport.

Neil Adams will be holding Advanced Training Sessions concentrating on skills training and competition strategies as follows:

Tuesday Wednesday, and Thursday  11:00am to 1 pm. each week.  All good standard competition players are welcome to these sessions. Check the Academy page for specific training times on a weekly basis. (Updated every Friday)

This training is for players of good competition standard:

Friday evening, 7.45 pm. to 9 pm. Mold Judo Club, Centre of Excellence.

First Tuesday of Each Month, 7 pm. to 9 pm. Deeside College, Skills Session.

Wednesday evening, 6 pm to 7:20 pm. for Juniors, Seniors from 7.20 pm,

Friday evening, 6 pm-7.20pm Juniors, Seniors from 7.20 pm Centre of Excellence at WIS Cardiff
